Form, fill and seal rock salt bagging line

Whilst the British summer marches on Online Rock Salt is working hard procuring and bagging as much white and rock salt as possible to ensure that we can keep up with the demand in the event of another cold snap in the winter time.

This month we’ve added a third bagging line. Unlike our other bagging lines this new system doesn’t use a stack of individual bags, all of the packaging in this plant is held on a giant roll. Take a look at the video you can actually see how this works in action. The end result is that this form, fill and seal bagging line is faster and more reliable (because it is simpler process) than the pick and place lines enabling us to pack more salt than ever before.
